Luke 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He has anointed me to proclaim the good news to the poor; he has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, He has sent me to proclaim deliverance to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed.
Our Story… (FOB)
Early on in our ministry we began to notice a need in our congregation (and in the world). The need was for men who due to various more or less tragic events (whether through their own poor choices or a heartbreaking life event) found themselves without a home. This would present (as is obvious) many obstacles in their daily day-to-day living in regards to working to support themselves.
From the beginning Pastor Greg always had a heart for the disenfranchised individuals he met on the streets through his ministry of deliverance.
More recently in our ministry The Fellowship of Believers, Pastor Greg began to sense that the Lord was leading him into a housing ministry. As time went on the need became so obvious to him, and to many of us in the Fellowship, that we have begun to contemplate what could actually be done to ease the growing need for housing the homeless in our community.
And so we have embarked upon a housing project to raise money to purchase a home to accommodate several folks who have found themselves in the disastrous position of being homeless.
Would you consider a Tax deductible Donation To help us reach our Housing Project Goal ?
God bless you and Thank you for your consideration in this endeavor.
